Adventure Teaching has done more than hold my hand through all these challenges: they have treated me like family every step of the way. Everyone needs some hand-holding as they set up a new household and a new way of life for a year or more in a distant country. You should know that, from my experience, Adventure Teaching never goes away. As weeks have lead to months, what I need from Scot and Reuben grows less, but I still seek them out for answers, and they are still there. In fact, even when I haven't emailed or called them, from time to time there comes an email - 'how are you doing, Jim? Need anything?' In the spirit of helpfulness that Reuben and Scot personify, I'd be happy to answer questions that you may have that I can.
